Cancellation Policy

 We have a 48 Hour Cancellation policy at Fourth Avenue Aesthetics; if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without appropriate notice, a $75 charge will apply. No show appointments will be charged $150. Thank you in advance for respecting the time we have set aside for you.


Consultations

 Consultations are complimentary at Fourth Avenue Medical Aesthetics.

Please arrive at your consultation prepared with any questions you have as well as your treatment expectations. Open communication with your practitioner is the most important part of the consultation process and will ensure you receive the results you are looking for.

We will take a detailed medical history from you to ensure your safety; please come to your consultation prepared with a full list of all medications and supplements.
