- Avoid sun exposure
- Apply Alumier hydration SPF 40 or Tizo3 SPF 40 if going outside even during short periods of sun exposure. Re-apply every 2 hours.
- Avoid hot showers, hot tubs, saunas and strenuous working out.
- Avoid waxing, surgaring, plucking, threading or hair removal creams.
- Avoid physical or chemical exfoliants (AHAs, BHAs, retinol) for 1-2 weeks or until skin has healed.
- Do not touch treatment area if not needed. No picking or peeling. If you must touch your face, make sure hands are fully disinfected.
- Change pillow case the night of.
- No Asprin, Advil, or any anti-inflammatory medications for one week post treatment. Lylenol may be used.
- Avoid alcohol or 48hrs.
- Use Alumier kit provided for at least 5-7 day post treatment. SensiCalm cleaner or alternative gentle cleanser should be used twice a day in the following days.
